Incorporate Google+ contacts in your communications from within Nimble. Google+ is quickly becoming an important ingredient within the social business landscape.

Usability

The new user interface provides a simpler and cleaner experience than before. The very heart of Nimble is the contact record, the embodiment of the relationship with the customer.

Another important and needed enhancement is the use of custom fields for Contact Records.

Privacy and Marketing Integration

With the new Message Privacy options you have control over what you share with your team mates. Not everything should be public knowledge with the team.

Another key addition was the additional of WuFoo, MailChimp, and Hubspot integrations into Nimble. This can make your marketing job much easier.

All in all I really like what they have done with version 2.0. I look forward to getting it out into our clients hands for testing and integration into their sales and marketing strategy.
